In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Operations & Transformation and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our organization, evolve our operating model, and maximize business impact.\nYou will independently lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into practical actions and measurable outcomes. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.\nYou will collaborate closely with the D&T Re Leadership Team, the Operations & Transformation team, and the wider D&T Re community to help shape how our organization operates, develops its capabilities, and adapts to an evolving technology and business landscape.\nYour Main Responsibilities:\nDrive strategic transformation initiatives across operating model evolution, organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, technology-enabled productivity, and strategic partner optimization, with a focus on improving efficiency and maximizing business impact.\nOwn and drive the execution of transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, managing dependencies, proactively resolving challenges, and ensuring measurable outcomes.\nPartner with senior D&T and business leaders to shape transformation priorities, constructively challenge existing approaches, build stakeholder alignment, and drive decisions and implementation.\nConduct strategic and operational analyses to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, develop recommendations, and support data-driven decisions on organizational effectiveness and transformation priorities.\nEstablish effective governance and execution frameworks, including clear milestones, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms to create transparency, accountability, and alignment.\nBring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous challenges, identifying underlying issues, developing practical solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.\nDevelop executive-level recommendations, presentations, and decision materials for senior leadership and governance forums, translating complex information into clear insights and actionable proposals.\nBuild trusted relationships across technology, business, and finance, navigating competing priorities and influencing outcomes without formal authority.\nAbout you\nStrong experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in large organizations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and accountability for results.\nExcellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.\nProven ability to independently drive initiatives from strategy through implementation, effectively managing competing priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage, constructively challenge, and build alignment with senior stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.\nA proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset, demonstrating sound judgment, ownership, and discretion when handling sensitive information.\nStrong executive presentation and analytical skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
