You would also be responsible for overall business coordination of an assigned business segment, including ensuring statutory and internal control guidelines are met.\nThis is a dual-focus role: 50% Business Coordination | 50% Underwriting Analyst\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Coordination:\nOversee day-to-day business operations for an assigned portfolio segment, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal control standards.\nVerify contract terms and conditions against agreed deal parameters and internal guidelines\nTrack deal lifecycle milestones and ensure timely handoffs across functions\nEscalate operational risks or data quality issues proactively to maintain a strong governance environment\nPartner with global colleagues to align best practices and consistent standards across markets\nEnter contractual deal information into systems for consumption by other functions, such as Finance, Accounting, Claims and Reserving\nUnderwriting Analyst:\nCheck contract terms and conditions, analyze submission data, investigate, and resolve data issues, review, and report treaty exposure data (Year-over-Year developments, material changes) and load information on costing tools\nCommunicate directly with clients, clarify, and follow up on any issues and potentially be part of negotiations\nAnalyze submission data and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy in underwriting and costing tools\nReview treaty exposure data including Year-over-Year developments and report material changes to underwriting teams.
