You'll analyze portfolio data, review contractual requirements, coordinate with brokers and clients, and help ensure underwriting processes run efficiently and accurately.\nYou'll have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, work with experienced underwriting professionals, and contribute to process improvements that support the business.\nKey Responsibilities include:\nReview and analyze portfolio data, bordereaux, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual requirements.\nIdentify data inconsistencies, reporting gaps, and trends, providing findings and recommendations to underwriters.\nCommunicate with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to clarify information, resolve issues, and support timely processing.\nSupport underwriting activities, including submissions, risk clearance, compliance, binding, contract documentation, and post-bind transactions.\nMaintain accurate underwriting records and documentation in accordance with internal quality and compliance standards.\nUse Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to analyze data and prepare portfolio summaries.\nCollaborate with underwriters and teams across Contracts, Technical Accounting, Claims, and Business Operations.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and support team initiatives while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nAbout the Team\nThis is your opportunity to join one of the world's leading reinsurers. You're eager to continue developing your insurance knowledge while contributing your existing skills and experience to the team.\nWe are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:\nUniversity degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in insurance, underwriting support, business operations, data analysis, or a related field.\nStrong Excel skills, including experience analyzing, reconciling, and summarizing data.\nAbility to interpret contractual requirements, identify inconsistencies, and apply strong attention to detail.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEffective written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.\nA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and suggest improvements.\nThese are additional nice to haves:\nExposure to Property insurance, reinsurance, or underwriting operations, particularly Facultative or Facilities business.\nExperience reviewing bordereaux, portfolio reports, premium data, or similar insurance-related information.\nFamiliarity with Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.\nInterest or experience in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.\nOur company uses a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office each week, with the option to work onsite full-time if preferred. This position is not eligible for full-time telework and is not able to offer visa sponsorship.\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $78,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
