The overarching goal is to simplify communication and allow our key resources to focus together on problem-solving whilst considering automation.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a hands-on build role: you will help design and run the branch's operational foundations from day one, shape processes, systems and controls, lead operational workstreams for new product launches, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.\nThe role suits someone who combines deep trade-lifecycle knowledge with strong data and automation skills, and who enjoys owning projects from first requirement to go-live.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and project management\nHelp build the operational foundations: target operating model, processes, controls, procedures and documentation.\nPlan and run operations projects end to end: scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.\nSupport onboarding of external providers, including due diligence, connectivity and testing.\nNew product and instrument launches\nAct as the operations project lead for new products, instruments and markets, from initial request to go-live.\nAssess operational readiness: booking models, static data, settlement and margin flows, reconciliations, reporting and control requirements.\nOperations engineering and automation\nBuild and maintain automated workflows for trade-flow monitoring, reconciliations, exception management and intraday position integrity checks.\nDevelop tools and scripts that streamline reconciliation, margin monitoring and the corporate actions lifecycle.\nData analysis and reporting\nAnalyse large operational and trading datasets to identify breaks, trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.\nBuild reports, dashboards and alerting for reconciliation, break investigation, risk monitoring and regulatory reporting.\nBusiness-as-usual operations\nSupport daily operations: trade query management, booking amendments, trade confirmation checks, reconciliations, settlements, compressions, collapses and corporate actions.\nInvestigate and resolve position, cash and trade-related queries.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience\nAt least 5 years in an operations team supporting significant trading flow, including automated or algorithmic trading.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with OTC derivatives (including IRS) operations, including:trade capture and booking amendments in a well-known OMS;\ntrade settlement, position and cash reconciliations;\nline-item management such as unwinds, collapses and compressions.\n\nSolid understanding of OTC derivatives products and their end-to-end operational workflows.\nSolid understanding of CFD and cash equity corporate actions workflows.\nProven experience delivering operations projects, such as system implementations, process redesigns, vendor onboarding or new product launches.\nSkills and attributes\nStrong project management skills: you can structure a project, manage dependencies and deliver on time.§\nComfortable in a fast-moving, start-up-style environment where processes are still being built.\nClear, concise verbal and written communication in English, with stakeholders at all levels.\nTechnical skills\nExcel (advanced): pivot tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and building robust reporting models.\nSQL and Python: hands-on use to automate workflows, analyse large datasets and build operational tools.\nAI tools for data analysis: practical experience using AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to analyse data, draft queries and scripts, and document processes, with a critical eye for verifying outputs.\nIntegrations: understanding of APIs, FIX and file-based integrations used across the trade lifecycle.\nReporting and dashboards: experience building custom reports, dashboards and alerting logic, ideally with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.\nFinancial markets platforms: strong working knowledge of OMS, reconciliation and post-trade systems.\nWhat We Offer\nThe chance to build a new company branch from the ground up, with real ownership and visible impact.\nA flat hierarchy, excellent peers and a culture built on responsibility and merit.\nCareer growth that keeps pace with the business.\nA competitive salary plus an annual bonus.\n25 days of annual leave and progressive social benefits.\nA modern office in Baar with a flexible hybrid model.\nRegular company events.\nHow To Apply\nPlease send your CV and a short cover letter in English.
