But beyond the numbers, what drives us is the people behind every wallet and a commitment to continuously improving how they experience and interact with crypto.\nJoin us!\nAre you an Accountant with a strong technical foundation, ideally shaped in a Big 4 audit or accounting outsourcing team, looking for broad, hands-on responsibility in an international group?\nSwissBorg is a crypto wealth management platform operating through a group of regulated entities across Switzerland, France, Estonia and other jurisdictions. Our accounting team is small, and every member makes a real difference. In this role, you will own Accounts Payable and contribute across the full scope of the accounting function: month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany, VAT and tax, and audit preparation.\nWe would love to hear from you if you are a versatile all-rounder who enjoys the variety that comes with a multi-entity group. The ideal candidate can step into any part of the accounting cycle, from processing supplier invoices to preparing audit files.\nYou will:\nOwn the Accounts Payable process: supplier invoice review and coding (ApprovalMax/Xero), payment preparation, supplier statement reconciliations and vendor master data\n\nPrepare and manage general ledger entries, accruals and prepayments\n\nMonthly, quarterly and annual closes for all group entities, in collaboration with external accounting firms\n\nBalance sheet and bank reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure balances are correct and supported\n\nMonthly intercompany reconciliations, recharges and settlements across group entities\n\nSupporting VAT and other tax compliance across jurisdictions (VAT returns, reverse charge, withholding taxes), working with our external tax advisors\n\nPrepare audit files and support the annual and interim audits of the group entities\n\nStrengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes, contributing your own ideas\n\nManage both technical and routine accounting tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency\n\nAbout you:\nA degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field\n\nAround 5 years of accounting experience, ideally starting at a Big 4 firm in audit or accounting outsourcing\n\nA strong accounting background: confident with general ledger accounting, closing, reconciliations, accruals and the full accounting cycle\n\nExperience with multi-entity groups, intercompany accounting and, ideally, consolidation\n\nHands-on Accounts Payable experience; experience coaching or reviewing the work of junior team members is a plus\n\nWorking knowledge of VAT and corporate tax compliance; international or cross-border VAT exposure is a plus\n\nExperience preparing for and working with external auditors\n\nHands-on experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills;
