But beyond the numbers, what drives us is the people behind every wallet and a commitment to continuously improving how they experience and interact with crypto.\nYou will:\nSupport the monthly financial consolidation: prepare and reconcile inputs and check that figures tie out.\n\nReview and approve expense requests against policy and budget, flagging anomalies and following up with requesters.\n\nTrack actuals against budget, keep reporting up to date and highlight variances to the team.\n\nRun cost analyses and deep dives on specific spend areas, turning the numbers into clear findings and recommendations.\n\nTake a special focus on HR controlling (headcount, payroll and people-related costs) and software spend (licences, subscriptions and vendor costs).\n\nControl credit card expenses\n\nHelp improve controlling processes along the way.\n\nAbout you:\nComfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and at ease drawing conclusions from data.\n\nMeticulous: you catch the small discrepancy before it becomes a big one.\n\nProactive: you take initiative, ask questions and propose solutions\n\nEager to learn and open to feedback.\n\nFluent in English;
