We provide and operate enterprise security services that are based on agents and backend systems and integrate them into a complex and heterogeneous environment.\nYou work on end-to-end security services built from agents, backend components and automation tooling, ensuring they integrate reliably into complex and constantly changing enterprise environments.\nOur scope includes more than 60'000 agents across Windows, Linux and other platforms as well as the backend infrastructures integrations and operational processes required to run those services efficiently at scale.\nThe environment is dynamic, highly integrated and continuously evolving, which makes automation, clean engineering and operational awareness essential.\nYour Responsibilities\nDesign, build and run security services and backend systems\nAutomate processes and replace manual, repetitive tasks\nEnsure stable and efficient operation of services\nSupport rollout, configuration and maintenance of security services\nTest, validate and safely deploy changes to production\nDocument solutions for maintainability and knowledge sharing\nYour skills\nCompleted vocational training or higher education in Computer Science (EFZ, HF, FH or university)\nExperience in a DevOps, Systems Engineering or comparable technical role\nStrong automation-first mindset with solid scripting experience\nHands-on experience with configuration and automation tools such as Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Git, etc.\nSolid understanding of Windows and Linux environments\nExperience with Azure services or strong motivation to develop skills in this area\nKnowledge of monitoring, testing and operational observability\nAbility to design automation-first solutions that are scalable and operationally sustainable\n Very good German and English \nWith us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
