It’s a good start. Apply.\nWe are looking for a Fraud Officer to join our Middle Office - Anti-Fraud & Financial Crime Center team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and an acute sense of attention to detail.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nEffectively communicate with our internal customer support team in order to resolve dispute requests.\nProcess dispute related transactions in the respective internal and card scheme systems (Visa and MasterCard platforms). \nReview of card transaction monitoring alerts to flag or identify suspicious activity outside the normal pattern and activity.\nInvestigate and take immediate action on alerts, notifications and reporting to always ensure compliance.\nResolve issues on behalf of card holders in support of dispute resolution processing, compare alternative actions and decide on appropriate approach.\nRespond to requests in relation to transactions.\nMaintain all investigation records and case outcomes.\nDevelop and maintain strong working knowledge of all relevant card scheme rules and regulations.\nExplore new ways that can help improve existing fraud strategies.\nContinuously learning and improving on product and job knowledge.\n Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations department.\nKnowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.\n“Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical abilities.\nCapability to think out of the box.\nAble to work within a team.\nAble to manage stress and work with high volumes.\n SQ1\nPlease note that Swissquote never requests sensitive personal information or payment of any kind during the recruitment process.
