We’re looking for a hands-on sales leader who has lived the BDR life and now wants to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of four BDRs. focused on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification\n\nOwn team pipeline-generation targets and hold reps accountable to monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and opportunity goals\n\nRun regular 1:1s, call reviews, and team trainings to sharpen cold-calling, objection handling, and personalized outreach to CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and AP leaders\n\nPartner with Account Executives to align territory strategy and ensure smooth, high-quality handoffs of sales-ready opportunities\n\nCollaborate with Marketing on inbound lead routing, campaign follow-up, and messaging that converts\n\nBuild and refine BDR playbooks, cadences, and onboarding to ramp new hires quickly\n\nDrive CRM discipline and use activity and conversion data to spot trends, diagnose gaps, and forecast pipeline\n\nRecruit, hire, and develop BDRs with a clear path toward closing roles\n\nRequirements\n2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets\n\nExperience leading, coaching, or mentoring BDRs (formal management, team lead, or player-coach roles all count)\n\nStrong command of outbound fundamentals: phone, email, social, and multi-touch cadences\n\nData-driven mindset, comfortable managing to metrics and turning activity reports into coaching\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team through rejection-heavy work\n\nExperience selling to finance or accounting buyers is a plus\n\nCompensation & Location\nCompensation: $100,000-$130,000 OTE (On Target Earnings = Base Salary + Bonus)\n\nLocation: Dallas metro area (hybrid), in office 3 days per
