This role is a great fit for a detail-oriented banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced lending environment and wants to be an integral part of the full credit and relationship management process...not just pushing paper, but actively supporting deals from origination through closing.\nResponsibilities\nAssist lead bankers with annual financial request collection from borrowers and complete all assigned financial input prep\n\nTake an active role in the full Credit Approval Process - gathering, compiling, and submitting documentation required by the Credit Analyst Department for loan applications and financial spreads\n\nPrepare loan packets, including Credit Presentation Checklists, Loan Officer Comments, and all supporting documentation\n\nCoordinate with title companies and appraisers to obtain necessary supporting information\n\nHandle loan closings on behalf of officers when needed\n\nBuild thorough knowledge of client files and accounts to support effective customer service alongside the lead banker\n\nParticipate in sales and business development efforts as directed, including calls on existing and prospective clients\n\nConduct collateral inspections on selected clients as needed\n\nSupport lead bankers on smaller ag/commercial requests including financial analysis, approvals, and closings\n\nStay current on bank retail products\n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of banking or financial analysis experience\n\nHigh level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nProfessional, confidential, and customer-focused\n\nAbility to multi-task effectively in a deadline-driven environment\n\nHigh-quality internal and external customer service\n\nSponsorship not available.
