Their systems protect the lives and property of over 50 million people across North America.\nResponsibilities\nDrive the complete project lifecycle: from initial discovery through sales, implementation, and ongoing success\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with Fire Chiefs and key public safety decision-makers\n\nNavigate municipal procurement processes and long-term sales cycles\n\nDevelop technical proposals and presentations that address specific fire department needs\n\nManage implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful system integration\n\nAttend industry trade shows and conferences to build relationships and showcase our solutions\n\nDocument project progress and maintain accurate records in Salesforce\n\nProvide technical expertise during pre-sales and implementation phases\n\nRequirements\nProven track record in relationship based sales, technical sales, government sales, or public safety technology\n\nExcellent communication abilities across all levels of organization\n\nWillingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows\n\nAbility to work and learn independently\n\nExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems\n\nComfort digesting technical information and explaining it in plain terms to non-technical stakeholders\n\nTechnical or mechanical aptitude with hardware systems\n\nBackground in complex B2B sales with long sales cycles\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills\n\nComfort with both strategic sales and hands-on implementation\n\nExperience in public safety, fire service, or military preferred\n\nDetails\nHybrid schedule -
