AI agents that integrate with the global CRM ecosystem and deliver measurable improvements to business processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and deploy Agentic AI workflows integrated with the global CRM ecosystem.\nBuild scalable AI agent solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AWS-managed/serverless services.\nLeverage existing analytics platforms and cloud capabilities to develop production-ready AI solutions.\nOptimize AI agents to ensure their outputs and workflows deliver meaningful business value to CRM end users.\nDevelop workflows and supporting components to automate and improve business processes.\nDesign and implement testing and validation strategies to measure agent performance, quality, reliability, and business impact.\nMonitor and continuously improve AI agent performance based on business requirements and user feedback.\nDevelop robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions suitable for production deployment.\nCollaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile development environment.\nContribute to technical design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n7 11 years of relevant experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Generative AI, or related fields.\nStrong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI.\nExperience developing and deploying AI agents in production environments.\nHands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks and SDKs such as:\nOpenAI Python libraries\nAnthropic Python libraries\nLangChain\nOther relevant Agentic AI / LLM frameworks\nAdvanced Python programming skills with strong knowledge of:\nObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)\nDesign patterns\nModern Python development practices\nCoding standards and best practices\nTesting and maintainable software development\nStrong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and experience developing solutions using AWS services such as:\nAWS Lambda\nAWS Step Functions\nAWS Glue\nAmazon Athena\nExperience building solutions using serverless and fully managed AWS services.\nStrong understanding of scalable cloud-based application architecture.\nExperience with Agile development methodologies.\nWorking knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional
