Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyze process flows, and translate business needs into technical specifications.\nSolution Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable Zoho solutions spanning multiple applications and business processes.\nReporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.\nDocumentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, process documentation, and user guides.\nSupport & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end users when required.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.\nStrong expertise across the Zoho Suite, with experience working across multiple Zoho applications.\nExcellent hands-on expertise in Deluge scripting is mandatory.\nStrong experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.\nGood understanding of business process automation and solution architecture.\nStrong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Certifications\n\nZoho CRM Certified Developer or other relevant Zoho certifications are
