The On-Site Engineer serves as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support, maintaining workplace technology, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring reliable network and infrastructure operations. This role combines hands-on technical support, systems administration, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide walk-up, phone, and ticket-based technical support to end users.\nDeploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, printers, and other IT equipment.\nManage hardware lifecycle activities, including new hire setup, repairs, upgrades, and equipment returns.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including user accounts, licensing, access management, and security-related requests.\nTroubleshoot application, device, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when needed.\nSupport and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, and basic firewall configurations.\nMaintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and system configurations.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n Experience troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments.\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic firewall management.\nHands-on experience installing, repairing, and upgrading computer hardware.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID user, license, and access administration.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft AZ-900, or equivalent.\nExperience deploying and supporting Azure resources.\nFamiliarity with Parallels RAS, Citrix, or other virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions.\nExperience working within a team-based IT support environment using a ticketing system i.e. Halo PSA\nBenefits\nHealth
