The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.\nRole\nYou’ll help ensure our software is developed, released, and maintained in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and regulatory teams to keep compliance practical and embedded in day-to-day delivery.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nManage and coordinate software releases, including release readiness checks, approvals, and release records\nCreate and maintain technical documentation (e.g., software requirements, verification and validation records, traceability matrices, risk files)\nSupport software lifecycle processes in line with standards such as IEC 62304 and ISO 13485\nReview change requests, bug reports, and deviations, and assess their quality and regulatory impact\nContribute to risk management activities (ISO 14971)\nSupport internal and external audits, CAPAs, and process improvements\nPromote quality best practices within development teams\n\nWhat you need to have\n-3 years of experience in software quality, QA, or a regulated environment\nHands-on experience with release management and technical documentation\nFamiliarity with quality management systems and regulated software\nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD concepts\nStrong attention to detail and clear written communication\nAbility to work independently and collaborate across teams\n*The range below reflects base, variable, and equity for this role.\nThis is a starting point, not a ceiling - once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to make sure their compensation matches their impact.\nJob titles may span more than one career level, so actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market demand, among other factors.
