The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.\nRole:\nThe Internal AI Solutions Team leads the transformation of the company’s internal processes through Generative AI, improving how teams operate across the organization.\nWe work closely with business teams to understand how work actually gets done, identify opportunities to simplify and redesign processes, and build AI powered solutions that create measurable operational impact.\nWe’re a small, highly autonomous team with a working style similar to an early stage company. Roles are highly generalist, and we value people who are proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable moving from understanding a business problem to designing and implementing the solution.\nFor this role, you will work particularly closely with the Operations team, helping identify and solve both complex and repetitive operational challenges through process improvement, automation, and AI.\n What you’ll be doing:\nWorking closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand existing workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes;\nProactively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign processes, rather than only responding to predefined technical requirements;\nTranslating operational problems into pragmatic AI powered tools, automations, and software solutions;\nOwning solutions end-to-end, from process discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and iteration;\nBuilding and integrating AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, internal systems, and workflow automation;\nHandling both front-end and back-end development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across our tech stack;\nMeasuring the impact of implemented solutions and continuously improving them based on user feedback, operational metrics, and observed outcomes.\n What you need to have:\nAt least 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI engineering, or a similarly technical role;\nStrong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and/or Python;\nExperience building practical software solutions and integrating multiple systems through APIs;\nHands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent models;\nProficiency in SQL and confidence working with data to understand processes and measure outcomes;\nA strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to analyze how a process works today and identify ways to make it simpler, faster, more reliable, or more scalable;\nExperience working directly with business or operational stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions;\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills, particularly in environments where the problem is not fully defined upfront;\nHigh levels of ownership and autonomy, with a bias toward experimentation and execution;\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non technical teams.\nWhat we would love to see:\nExperience with Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence methodologies;\nExperience automating operational workflows or transforming manual business processes;\nFamiliarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrating structured and unstructured data into LLM workflows;\nPractical experience building or orchestrating AI agents;\nExperience with workflow automation platforms or agentic systems;\nFamiliarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;\nUnderstanding of AI governance principles.\n*The range below reflects base, variable, and equity for this role.\nThis is a starting point, not a ceiling - once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to make sure their compensation matches their impact.\nJob titles may span more than one career level, so actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market demand, among other factors.
