Vous interviendrez sur des environnements critiques combinant administration Unix/Linux et exploitation de plateformes Red Hat OpenShift, avec de forts enjeux de disponibilité, sécurité, performance et continuité de service.\nResponsabilités du poste\nConcevoir, déployer, administrer et faire évoluer des plateformes Red Hat OpenShift ainsi que les environnements Unix/Linux associés.\n\nAssurer le cycle de vie des clusters OpenShift : installation, configuration, mises à niveau, correctifs, maintenance et migrations.\n\nAdministrer et optimiser les ressources systèmes et OpenShift, notamment le stockage persistant, les filesystems, les accès, les quotas et la capacité.\n\nGarantir la sécurité et la conformité des environnements en appliquant les standards de durcissement, de contrôle d’accès et de gestion des politiques.\n\nDiagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents complexes L2/L3 liés aux systèmes, clusters, réseaux, stockage, nœuds et workloads.\n\nMettre en œuvre les dispositifs de sauvegarde, restauration et Disaster Recovery, tout en contribuant à l’optimisation des performances et à la documentation technique.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 ans d’expérience en administration de systèmes Unix/Linux, avec une expérience globale recherchée de 3 à 7 ans.\n\nExpérience confirmée du déploiement et de l’exploitation en production de Red Hat OpenShift ou Kubernetes, ainsi qu’une solide maîtrise de RHEL.\n\nTrès bonne maîtrise des concepts Kubernetes/OpenShift : Operators, CRD, RBAC, SCC, NetworkPolicy, Routes, Services, Deployments, StatefulSets et CLI oc.\n\nSolides connaissances en sécurité et réseau : OIDC/SAML, secrets, chiffrement, admission control, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, firewalling, load balancing et CNI.\n\nBonne maîtrise du stockage et de la persistance : PV/PVC, StorageClasses, CSI, NAS/SAN, NFS ou Ceph, ainsi que des mécanismes de sauvegarde et restauration.\n\nFrançais et anglais requis, avec une résidence en Suisse.
