SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to join our team and oversee all Human Resources functions of the resort.

The HR Director will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the resort’s business objectives, while ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining high standards of professionalism, compliance, and engagement.

  • Develop and implement the resort’s overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead and support the HR team, ensuring efficient and professional delivery of HR services.
  • Manage recruitment and staffing requirements, particularly during high-volume seasonal periods.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Greek labor legislation, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely coordination with external payroll providers, where applicable.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Monitor employee performance and support managers in implementing effective performance management practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and monitor HR reports, KPIs, budgets, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional working environment throughout the resort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal hospitality environment.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong computer and HR systems skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
