Night Auditor
for Glyfada Riviera Hotel
Job Brief and Purpose:
The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operation of the hotel is to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, you will carry out duties as directed by your manager, with a professional approach towards our guests, members and other employees.
Main Duties and Tasks:
- To perform and monitor day-to-day activities of the department including (but not limited to):
- Checking-in and checking-out guests and members
- Concierge-tasks
- Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations
- Observance of order, cleanliness and safety in the public areas of the hotel
- Provide Management team with the daily Closing Reporting and Daily Snapshots
- In charge of the Health & Safety and well being of the Hotel and its Guests during the Night shift
Requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Working experience in the hospitality industry
- Customer-oriented and friendly personality
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Excellent English language skills
