This is a fast-paced position that is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and goal-oriented. \n*This position is a 100% remote U.S. based opportunity that can be based in one of the following states only: AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.\nSome travel for day-to-day work, team meetings, and training will be required.\nKey Responsibilities: (What you'll be asked to do)\n\nIdentify, source, and “hunt down” new agent relationships to rapidly grow our agent base.\n\nUnderstand prospective agent's customer base and marketing strategy by presenting and explaining how Swyfft fits with their customers and strategy.\n\nDeliver persuasive sales presentations to agents by showcasing Swyfft’s world-class user experience and the products we offer.\n\nPromote Swyfft’s platform through the education of agents at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.\n\nStay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.\n\nPartner with our sales and marketing team members to improve our agency platform experience.\n\nThe Successful Candidate: (What we're looking for)\n\nGenuine passion for selling; you are charismatic and display enthusiasm in everything that you do. Potential customers are eager to listen to you.\n\nYou don’t wait for the phone to ring; you make the calls, knock on doors, and find new relationships that lead to increased production.\n\nYou have a resilient personality; you can overcome any objection that comes your way and can turn setbacks into steppingstones.\n\nYou’re comfortable working in a metric-driven, goal-oriented sales environment.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can craft persuasive communications to capture the attention of even the most skeptical prospects.\n\nYour natural curiosity about the P&C world makes you a valuable player in policy language and coverage. \n\nSome Requirements:\n3+ years of sales experience in an MGA, carrier, or agency environment.\n\nPrevious knowledge of Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood policies and programs.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.\n\nHigh School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required.\n\nComputer Skills:\nWe’re an MS Office environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nExperience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack)\n\nExperience with CRM programs such as HubSpot is a plus.\n\nOther:\nReliable high-speed internet connectivity required.\n\nDesignated quiet work from home space.\n\nCompensation for this position will vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
