We collaborate with some of the world’s most influential brands and developers to create destinations that redefine the future of luxury.\nAbout the Role\nSybarite is seeking a talented and highly organised Midweight Graphic Designer to join its Brand and Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Brand, the role will support the development and delivery of compelling visual communications across brand, marketing, social media, PR, new business, digital platforms and studio initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong graphic design craft with conceptual thinking and some motion design expertise. They will be confident managing projects from brief through to delivery, collaborating across disciplines and producing consistently high-quality work within a fast-paced architecture and design studio.\nAbout you\nDegree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years’ professional graphic design experience within a creative studio, agency, architecture practice or similarly fast-paced environment.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print, digital and motion design.\nDemonstrable professional experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro.\nStrong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas and information into effective visual solutions.\nExperience producing presentations, publications, campaigns and digital content.\nAn interest in architecture, spatial design, branding and the built environment.\nExperience designing content for websites and digital platforms.\nExperience designing social media content.\nKey Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, and Figma for prototyping and UI elements.\nExcellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.\nGood motion design and video-editing skills.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.\nStrong ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.\nClear and professional communication skills when presenting ideas.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nREQUIREMENTS\nDesign & Creative Execution\nReport to and work closely with the Head of Brand Image to create visual assets for marketing, PR, new business development and wider studio initiatives.\nDeliver high-quality creative work across print, digital and motion formats.\nDesign key studio collateral, including pitch presentations, credentials, brochures, reports, event materials and branded merchandise.\nCreate motion graphics and short-form video content for campaigns, events, social media and the Sybarite website.\nEdit and adapt video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and develop animations and motion-led content using Adobe After Effects.\nDevelop and refine visual concepts that align with Sybarite’s brand identity and strategic objectives.\nTranslate complex architectural, spatial and strategic information into clear and engaging visual communications.\nMaintain a high standard of typography, composition, layout, animation and visual storytelling across all outputs.\nPrepare and optimise creative assets for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios and technical specifications.\nManage assigned projects from initial brief and concept development through to artwork production and final delivery.\nEnsure internal and external deadlines are met accurately and consistently.\nCreative Development & Conceptual Thinking\nInterpret creative briefs and contribute thoughtful, ideas-led design solutions.\nDevelop moodboards, visual narratives, storyboards and concept presentations to communicate creative intent.\nPresent design concepts clearly and confidently.\nExplain the reasoning behind creative decisions and respond constructively to feedback.\nResearch developments across graphic design, branding, culture and technology to inform new creative approaches.\nContribute actively to creative reviews, workshops and team discussions.\nBrand & Content\nMaintain a strong understanding of Sybarite’s brand identity and ensure all work follows established brand guidelines.\nSupport the development and evolution of brand assets, templates, case studies and visual identity documentation.\nMonitor visual consistency across internal and external touchpoints.\nDesign and adapt content for the Sybarite website and social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat and Little Red Book.\nWork with the Brand and Marketing team to translate campaign and editorial ideas into effective visual content.\nCollaboration and Project Management\nCollaborate with Brand, Marketing, New Business, and project design teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.\nBuild a clear understanding of project objectives, audiences, deliverables and deadlines.\nManage several concurrent projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.\nTake ownership of assigned work while knowing when to seek direction or raise potential challenges.\nEnsure all digital assets are optimised for multiple formats and platforms.\nWork effectively with external collaborators and suppliers where
