You will design solutions, implement and test changes, troubleshoot issues, and make sure that the systems and automations you build remain controlled, documented and reliable over time.\nYou will work closely with teams across the company and with Sybilla’s Data, Analytics and Internal Tools area. Your work will have a direct impact on internal processes, reporting and the quality of data flowing between systems.\nThis role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex or manual workflows and prefers building stable, well-documented solutions over constantly redesigning systems.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nClickUp Engineering and Automation: designing, building and maintaining custom / technically significant ClickUp automations, scripts and engineering solutions. \nInternal tools development: designing, building and maintaining tools supporting internal company processes. \nWorkflow automation: automating repetitive internal processes and ensure that automations remain reliable, controlled and maintainable. \nSystems integration: building and maintaining integrations between ClickUp, internal applications and DAINT analytical systems. \nData quality and change control: validating configurations and data flows, preventing uncontrolled changes and resolving issues affecting tools, automations or downstream reporting. \nRequirements and solution delivery: translating agreed operational needs into proportionate technical solutions, then implement, test and validate them against acceptance criteria. \nDocumentation and user support: maintaining technical and user documentation, communicate changes and provide structured support for implemented solutions. \nWhat You BringMust-have \n3+ years of experience in business systems administration, internal tools development, workflow automation, business applications or a related technical role. \nStrong practical experience administering and configuring ClickUp or a comparable work-management platform. \nExperience with Microsoft 365. \nExperience designing and maintaining workflows, custom fields, statuses, templates, permissions and automations. \nAbility to translate operational requirements into clear, maintainable technical solutions. \nExperience developing scripts or integrations using Python, C# or a comparable language. \nWorking knowledge of APIs, webhooks, structured data formats and system integrations. \nGood knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts. \nGood knowledge of C# or Python. \nStrong attention to detail, including naming consistency, dependencies and historical continuity. \nSystematic troubleshooting, clear documentation and concise user communication skills. \nAbility to balance user needs with maintainability, governance and platform constraints. \nHigh level of independence, ownership and follow-through. \nA proactive approach to improving reporting workflows and data processes. \nAdvanced English, minimum B2, both written and spoken. \nNice to HaveExperience as a ClickUp administrator, consultant or implementation specialist in a multi-team environment.\nFamiliarity with data governance, change control and process mapping. \nExperience working with HR, finance, commercial or other operational workflows. \nAwareness of data privacy and security best practices in dashboard and reporting work. \nExperience working in dynamic, remote-first environments. \nInterest in space-related topics. \n What We OfferRemote-first work model (company’s HQ is in Bydgoszcz, Poland), \nCompensation: 15,000-17,000 PLN gross/month (employment contract) or 116-132 PLN net/hour (B2B).\nThe final compensation package depends on professional experience, qualifications, seniority, employment model and applicable local market conditions. \n\nFlexible working hours, \nMedical and sports package, \nGroup insurance, \nA dedicated mentor and structured onboarding, where applicable, \nA high level of ownership and autonomy in your area of responsibility, \nThe opportunity to work in a highly specialized space-tech environment alongside astrophysicists, engineers, analysts, software developers and other experts, \nThe opportunity to work on technologies and projects with real-world impact across the space, defense and deep-tech ecosystem. \nWhy Sybilla?At Sybilla, we don't just observe space.
