At Sybilla Technologies, you'll develop high-performance software for autonomous optical systems used in space observation, working with modern .NET technologies, distributed architectures, and cloud-native solutions. We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership of their work, and wants to build products that have a real impact.\nAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain software components for Sybilla's Optical Systems, including Abot, A24N, and AstroDrive products. \nDeliver new features and continuously improve Sybilla's observational capabilities by implementing high-quality, scalable software solutions. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into reliable software. \nContribute to software architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring maintainability and scalability. \nBuild and optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations with other system components. \nWrite clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while following software engineering best practices. \nParticipate in code reviews and actively contribute to improving development processes and engineering standards. \nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the platform. \n Essential Experience:6+ years of commercial experience in developing software applications using .NET. \nAdvanced knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, software design principles, design patterns, and architectural approaches, including monolithic, modular monolith, and microservices architectures. \nStrong experience with relational databases and Entity Framework. \nExperience with message brokers (especially RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture. \nGood knowledge of Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and application hosting. \nAbility to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability. \nProfessional proficiency in English, enabling effective communication and understanding of technical documentation. \nInterest in the space industry and space-related technologies. \nNice to HaveHigher education in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline. \nExperience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated data processing workflows and pipelines. \nFrontend development experience with Blazor, Angular, or React. \nKnowledge of Python scripting. \nStrong understanding of statistics and numerical methods, particularly in mathematics, physics, or astrophysics. \nWhat We OfferJoining Sybilla Technologies means becoming part of a growing deep-tech company operating at the forefront of the space industry.
