Specifications:\nEducation and Experience:\nEssential:\nCounty of San Diego Food Handler Card\n1 years casual and/or fine dining cooking experience\n\nDesirable:\nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.\nCulinary degree\nCalifornia Driver's License in good standing\nCasino experience\n\nSkills and Knowledge:\nEssential:\nWorking knowledge of safe food handling practices\nAbility to work
