The role involves creating and updating various types of asset and spatial data, including land ownership, buildings, infrastructure, and geographic information, following specific management standards\nWhat you will be doing: \nCreate and modify asset and /or spatial data aligned to asset information requirements and standards\nEnsure asset information management services meet agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.\nExecute, monitor, and adapt processes for timely and effective service delivery.\nBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.\nParticipate in process and system improvements to enhance business efficiency and risk management.\nCreate, modify, and manage asset and spatial data according to standards and policies.\nAbout You:\nIdeally you will hold tertiary qualifications in information management, engineering, information technology, or related discipline.\nExperience with Enterprise Asset Management systems and processes – ideally with Maximo, Smallworld GIS and, Enterprise Drawing Management System (EDMS) or similar\nDemonstrated knowledge and experience in asset data, and information management to support business processes and implement ongoing improvements.\nAbility to foster innovation, training and knowledge retention for asset information lifecycle management.\nProficiency in MS Office suite and Power BI or equivalent visualization applications.\nDoes this sound like you?
