And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nRole and Responsibilities\nProvide technical support and development about Materials’ polymer products and solutions for Semiconductors, related equipment makers and consumables in the Semicon, Advance Packaging or AI server value chain (including application development, material selection, process design review, troubleshooting, productivity improvement, etc.).\nDefine priority and align resources for local customer needs; assure customers have smooth production and solve the complaints timely.\nTrack / communicate / report the status of the development products situation. Work with the Global CTD community, ADL, EM, and R&I teams, to develop and implement solutions for customer applications.\nProvide technical marketing activities to the sale team for marketing documents, marketing programs, trade shows, seminars, etc.\nProvide market intelligence / development trend for global new product development and product optimization. Share his /her expertise with whole CTD team, support to build up one total-solution team. \nExperience and Skills\nBachelor, Master, Ph. D Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science.\n2 to 10 years’ experience, in Semiconductor, Advance Packaging or AI data center industry, including technical development or research.\nStrong hands-on experience of Semiconductor, Advance Packaging or AI data center materials, process and related equipment and trouble shooting.\nExperienced in polymer melt processing technologies: injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, and others (blow molding, coatings, etc.).\nUnderstand the materials, equipment, consumables, technical requirements and certification process for semiconductor industry.\nAble to travel within Taiwan and mainland China frequently.\nAble to work and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.\nBe open, self-confident and with great teamwork spirit.\nStrong desire for success, self-motivation, proactively looking for new challenges.\nExcellent communication skills.\nFluent in Chinese and English (mandatory) to be able to communicate in both languages locally and globally.\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, technically-oriented.\nProject management.\nWillingess to accept frequent travel in Taiwan and mainland China, 50% of working time is travel.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations \nTraining platform for all employees \nFree well-being sessions (physical and psychological) \nAbout us\nSyensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
