And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\n\nCybersecurityDelivery Coordinator (Cybersecurity& Identity and access management IAM)\nThe Cyber Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery and operational governance of cybersecurity and IAM services provided by external vendors and internal teams. This role ensures service quality, contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across Security and IAM services.\nKey Responsibilities\nMulti-vendor & Contract Management\nCoordinate and align multiple external service providers involved in Security and IAM services.\n\nMonitor vendor performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs.\n\nIdentify service gaps, overlaps, risks, and dependencies across providers and drive corrective actions with the service ownerand internal teams.\n\nSupport contract lifecycle activities, including contract preparation renewals, service transitions, and onboarding of new providers.\n\nServicesGovernance\nSupport the governance of cybersecurity services delivered by external providers (MSSP, IAM vendors, integrators).\n\nMonitor daily vendor activities(monitoring, detection, incident response)tomake sure they arein line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and security requirements.\n\nCoordinate service reviews, operational committees, and steering committees with vendors\n\nCybersecurity& IAM Oversight\nProvide oversight of IAM services including Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM, MFA, and SSO.\n\nEnsure IAM services are aligned with internal security policies, compliance requirements, and business needs.\n\nValidate operational deliverables (SOP, ITSM workflows,and service catalog)from service providers.\n\nDelivery, Risk and communication\nSupport planning and coordination of cyber initiatives impacting SOC and IAM services.\n\nParticipate in major incident managementto ensure communication\n\nTrack risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.\n\nAudit SPOCand actions follow-up\n\nStakeholder Management\nInterface with internal stakeholders: CISO office, IT infrastructure operations, and business teams.\n\nProvide clear reporting on service performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.\n\nAct as a trusted operational partner for internal teams on cybersecurity service topics.\n\nContinuousImprovement& Transformation\nContributesto the evolution of the SOC and IAM operating model.\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimize service andprocesses quality, efficiency, and cost.\n\nCybersecurity& TechnicalSkills\nStrong understanding of SOC operations, incident management, and threat monitoring.\n\nSolid expertise in IAM domains (IGA, PAM, Access Management, MFA, SSO).\n\nKnowledge of hybrid and cloud security environments.\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).\n\nService & VendorManagement Skills\nProven experience in cybersecurity service delivery or service management on the client side.\n\nStrong experience managing external service providers and MSSPs.\n\nGood understanding of ITIL-based service governance, SLA/KPI management, and contract oversight.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to challenge and steer vendors while representing the client’s interests.\n\nStructured, analytical, and risk-driven mindset.\n\nAbility to operate in complex, high-stakes environments.\n\nEducation & Experience\nMaster’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or IAM roles, preferably within a large organization.\n\nExperience working with or managing SOC and IAM service providers is highly valued.\n\nCertifications are a plus: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, SOC or IAM-related certifications.\n\nLanguages\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\n\nFrench isa plus\n\nAbout us\nSyensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
