And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nWe are looking for:\nA Digital Engineer to join the team deploying our new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and process data platform at selected plants.\nThese sites are installing new digital tools to capture, contextualise, manage, and query manufacturing data - turning raw process signals into reliable analytics that improve plant performance.\nYou'll sit at the intersection of operations, automation, and IT, and be the person who makes the data trustworthy enough to act on. \nWe can count on you for:\nSupporting the hands-on rollout of the MES at the site - from initial deployment through configuration, testing, and go-live.\n\nHelping shape and drive the plant's digital strategy, connecting the MES rollout to the site's broader manufacturing improvement goals.\n\nActing as the site Single Point of Contact for questions and issues on the process information / historian software (e.g. data historian, MES, and related process data tools).\n\nCoaching site data teams through manufacturing improvement projects, so they can operate and extend the new tools once the rollout team moves on.\n\nWorking alongside data scientists, process engineers, and automation & instrumentation specialists to refine tags, instrumentation, and data structures so the right data is captured at the right quality.\n\nTraining site personnel on the new software and providing both on-the-floor and remote support to your own site and our other plants during their rollouts.\n\nWriting scripts to deliver data with the quality, consistency, and format required to feed advanced analytics and models.\n\nDefining and setting up data quality, availability, and consistency metrics - and driving the testing process that validates the data before the business relies on it.\n\nContributing actively to the internal data community, sharing knowledge and best practices (for example, technical articles on MES software and lessons learned from rollout).\n\nYou can count on us for:\nA real opportunity to grow across networking, industrial automation, programming, and IT while working in a live manufacturing environment. Structured training and development is provided, and you'll be part of a global team rolling out the same tools across multiple sites.\n\nYou will bring:\nA bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.\n\n5 years of relevant professional experience. \nExperience in at least one of: data collection / historians, PLCs, HMIs, DCSs, software solutions, or electrical & instrumentation.\n\nA practical, floor-facing mindset - comfortable moving between the control room, the plant floor, and a laptop full of scripts.\n\nYou will get:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nThe U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720-$140,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
