And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nThe ERP Delivery Manager will be accountable, towards its internal stakeholders, primarily Product Managers and Business representatives, for the value delivery of ERP and ERP satellites services.\nThe main goal is, through the end-to-end orchestration of internal key resources and external partners, to achieve for its internal stakeholders the key value and performance indicators’ targets over time in a consistent way, ensuring a smooth Run of the business.\n\nResponsibilities:\nThe ERP Delivery Manager will be responsible for the following activities and functions:\nSupervise delivery with internal stakeholders, facilitating any decision or escalation, focusing on customer satisfaction;\nOrganize monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with internal stakeholders and suppliers and develop relationships and feedback channels to improve continuously the services;\nDefine and track performance of services (and related solutions and processes) and implement reporting on SLAs & KPIs;\nDefine and follow-up the financial picture of service delivery, focusing of cost- effectiveness of the covered services;\nCoordinate actions from platform teams in driving overall performance of the services (customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness);\nDevelop best practices framework on way of working: templates, presentations, resource & capacity management;\nDevelop strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and partners/vendors;\nShare with internal stakeholders (products, platforms) and suppliers Products/Platforms roadmap information and secure relevant internal/external suppliers’ delivery, with regular review of priorities.\nKey Outputs\nValue Recipient satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through close collaboration and the regular gathering of feedback from the value recipients;\nService metrics - Defining and tracking metrics relating to the performance of the service/solution and the related processes around (e.g. service desk);\nDelivery processes - Continuously analyze processes and feedback with the aim to increase satisfaction and/or cost-efficiency (without negatively impacting customer satisfaction);\nDelivery team - Oversee and coordinate employees from various areas of the delivery process, which are often not formally reporting to the Service Delivery Management Specialist;\nBudget - Define and follow-up on the financial picture of the service delivery.\n\nKey Stakeholder Interactions\nValue recipients;\nProduct Managers;\nDigital Design Process Specialist;\nTech Lead;\nOperations EngineerInternal Information.\nSkills and behavioural competencies:\nResult orientation, influence & impact;\nEmpowerment & accountability;\nTeam spirit, building relationships, collective accountability;\nStrong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility;\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.\nYou will get:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package;\n16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations;\nTraining platform for all employees;\nFree well-being sessions (physical and psychological).\n\nLocation & Working Model:\nLocation: Curitiba, Brazil;\nWorking model: Hybrid working model possible or even 100% remote.\nAbout us\nSyensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
