As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be primarily responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions supporting financial performance monitoring, planning and forecasting.\nRole and Responsibilities\nDesigning and developing interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor and communicate key financial and business performance indicators. \nCollecting, cleaning and transforming financial and operational data from different sources to ensure accurate and reliable insights. \nCollaborating with FP&A team members, finance stakeholders and business leaders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. \nSupporting the analysis of actual financial performance versus budget, forecast and prior periods, helping identify key trends and business drivers. \nOptimizing dashboards and analytical tools for performance, usability and user experience. \nContributing to the automation and simplification of recurring FP&A reporting and analysis processes. \nExploring opportunities for predictive analytics and forecasting, contributing to the development of forward-looking insights to support financial planning and management decision-making. \nIdentifying opportunities to leverage data analytics and AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes. \nDocumenting processes and providing training materials for dashboard and analytical tool users. \nExperience and Skills\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. \nFamiliarity with Power BI and basic knowledge of how to design clear and effective visualizations. \nProficiency in at least one programming language, preferably SQL or Python. \nCurious and exploring mindset \nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively \nFluent in English. \nExperience with Microsoft Fabric is considered a nice to have. \nWhat We Offer\nThe Belgian monthly base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 350.00€ to 500.00€.
