And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nWe are looking for:\nA GEO Process Engineer with a strong focus on leading site-based process engineering projects and activities at our Wrexham site to drive continuous improvement, resolve chronic manufacturing issues, and introduce or re-site products, while also providing support to selected initiatives at other sites as needed.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive productivity improvements and process variation reduction efforts.\n\nLead major product and process re-sites, ensuring stable transfer and ramp-up.\n\nSupport new product scale-up from trials through to robust industrialization.\n\nResolve chronic process issues and customer problems using structured root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective/preventive actions.\n\nPrepare and execute capital projects, including development of process and equipment specifications and commissioning/start-up of new equipment.\n\nYou will bring:\nUniversity degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in aerospace, web-handling, resin-mix, coating, or fiber (one or more).\n\nFluent English (written and verbal).\n\nKnowledge of JMP and understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100) is a plus.\n\nWillingness to travel up to 20%, mostly within Europe.\n\nYou will get:\nThe annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is GBP 51,440 to GBP 64,300.
