Evaluates current work procedures and methods and propose, describe, test and implement improvements, new techniques and methods, and to provide specialized maintenance tasks and expertise.\nWe count on you for:\nOversee, operate, maintain and assist repair of equipment as needed.\n\nAdvise in preventative maintenance duties to keep equipment in good condition.\n\nDesign and implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency and safety.\n\nAnalyze equipment malfunctions and diagnose problems.\n\nRespond to requests for maintenance support throughout the facility.\n\nProvide support for production teams.\n\nCreate reports and maintain records of equipment maintenance activities.\n\nSupport/manage MRO inventory control. Order and track spare parts and equipment.\n\nAnalyze/use ERP data to drive improvements and minimize costs.\n\nDevelop and implement maintenance strategies for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.\n\nTroubleshoot and repair equipment failures. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc. and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
