And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nWe are looking for:\nThe Maintenance & Reliability Engineer provides engineering support to the Marietta site by identifying equipment reliability opportunities and implementing changes through a systematic process of data collection, failure analysis, and project implementation\nWe count on you for:\nProvide engineering support to the Marietta facility to assure targeted reliability performance of processing assets via a systematic process of data collection, failure analysis, and project implementation.\nLeads continuous improvement initiatives and ensures the effectiveness of the rotating equipment reliability programs.\nCollaborates with Operations & Maintenance groups to schedule and complete inspection activities. Oversees the inspection activities.\nDirect and complete analyses of equipment failures using problem solving and root cause analysis techniques.\nEffectively document and communicate the findings of failure analyses to drive improved sustainability.\nLead and participate in project design, specification, and commissioning to deliver the targeted reliability and maintainability of new and modified assets with respect to life-cycle costs.\nProvide technical support to maintenance during troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems.\nDevelop, document, evaluate, and maintain facility and equipment maintenance strategies.\nParticipates in process hazard analyses for new and altered equipment and processes by using knowledge of design and maintenance of equipment\nAdhere to all safety standards, policies, and procedures. \nPractice the Tenets of Operation.\nParticipate with cross-functional groups in incident investigations and completion of corrective actions.\nYou can count on us for:\nWe offer the opportunity to join an exciting growth company\nA full range of benefits as expected of a successful company\nOpportunities for growth and learning \nEncouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds\nYou will bring:\nBachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred\n5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (chemical/refinery and PSM experience preferred)\nProficient in SAP PM/MM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)\nStrong trouble shooting skills with a root-cause approach\nAbility to influence change and realize innovation\nEffective Communication skills - written and spoken\nYou will get:\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nThe U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720 to $123,400 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
