Role summary: We’re looking for a Reliability Engineer to help improve equipment uptime, reduce repeat failures, and strengthen safe, reliable operation of our chemical plant. You’ll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering, with a primary focus on rotating equipment, plus an interface with our Mechanical Integrity (MI) program (supported by an API-certified MI Inspector). We’re open to candidates with a wide range of experience-if you bring strong troubleshooting skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive improvements, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Improve reliability and availability of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, motors, seals, lubrication systems).
