At the heart of operations, you will work at the interface of Production, Process Safety, HSE, R&I, and Project teams on a wide range of topics, some with significant industrial impact.\nWe count on you for:\nDepending on your experience and site needs, you will contribute across several areas:\nTechnical support to production\nProvide day-to-day process expertise to improve stability, performance, and quality.\nAnalyze deviations and issues, lead investigations (root cause analysis), and drive action plans.\nPropose and implement improvements (operating conditions, operating procedures, standardization, lessons learned).\nProcess support to HSE and Process Safety teams\nContribute to HSE and Process Safety activities (risk assessments, safety reviews, recommendations).\nSupport risk control and ensure consistency/updating of process data and safety-related process documentation.\nSupport to R&I teams\nSupport the industrial deployment of new products/processes and the improvement of existing processes.\nParticipate in trials, industrialization activities, and the capture of lessons learned.\nCapital investment projects\nAct as Process Engineer / Process Leader on capital projects: definition of needs, mass and energy balances, technical choices, P&IDs, specifications, etc.\nDepending on profile, take on the role of Project Leader: multi-discipline coordination, schedule/budget management, start-up preparation and commissioning\nYou will bring:\nCandidate profile\nEngineering degree or Master’s level (Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering / Industrial Chemistry or equivalent).\nStrong field mindset, rigor, strong safety culture, analytical skills and ability to prioritize.\nComfortable working cross-functionally and in teams (Production, HSE/Process Safety, R&I, Projects).\nPrior professional experience in process design and development is an advantage.\nSkills\nStrong, naturally embedded safety culture, with constant attention to risk prevention.\nExcellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task\nExpertise in process simulations and calculations on unit operations to prepare technical documentation, including heat and material balances, P&ID, equipment and instrument specifications\nStrong attention to details\nUnderstand key operational metrics and communicate across organization to achieve clear alignment and focus.\nUnderstanding processes to engage cross-functional teams to solve quality and process capability problems.\nGood communication and presentation skills (oral and written) General comfort level with IT applications\nFluent English, written and spoken\nKnowledge of radical polymerization and fluorine organic chemistry is a plus\nYou will get:\nThe annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this hire is between € 45000 to € 55000.
