And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nWe are looking for:\nA Raw Materials / Finished Goods Planner (gn).\n\nKey responsibilities:\nOwn the short- and mid-term planning and coordination of production, demand, and inventory schedules for designated machines and materials (including raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods)\nDevelop, optimize, and communicate production schedules to maximize machine and material utilization, considering capacity, material availability, and business requirements\nMonitor and manage material availability, including inventory control, analysis of stock levels, and implementation of actions to prevent shortages or excess inventory\nProcess MRP messages, coordinate purchase orders and priorities, and communicate material needs to both internal and external suppliers\nServe as a key liaison, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (such as Sales, Logistics, Production, and Procurement) and participating in site-wide planning processes (e.g., S&OP)\nIdentify and implement improvement initiatives to optimize costs, processes, and product quality, including risk analysis and development of recommendations\nSupport the qualification of new raw materials and suppliers, assist in resolving supplier issues, and escalate concerns to the global procurement team as needed\nYou will bring:\nIdeally, 2+ years of experience in planning, along with a background in supply chain, a degree in Supply Chain Management, or APICS certification\nExperience with SAP in a planning or purchasing role is a strong advantage\nStrong business acumen, with the ability to quickly absorb information and make sound decisions under pressure\nA consistent, proactive approach, high energy, and the ability to work independently and take initiative\nThe capability to understand Syensqo’s manufacturing processes and their interdependencies\nYou will get:\nThe annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: £40,000 - £50,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification, and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
