Internal Control & Audit campaigns planning and execution\nImplement internal control and train the control owners.\n\nPlan, prepare, and lead IT Internal Control and Compliance audit/assessment campaigns across the organization, identifying areas of improvement and compliance risks, ensuring quality and timely delivery of results. Those campaigns will be based on various IT & Cyber frameworks.\n\nAssess and monitor IT General Controls (ITGC), systems, and processes to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices\n\nReview and update the associated Risk Control Matrix (RCM).\n\n2. Team Supervision and Development\nReview and validate audit work performed by team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance\n\nCoach, mentor, and develop junior staff to build expertise and ensure consistent audit standards\n\n3. Documentation and Reporting\nDocument findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to management\n\nInitiate the reporting presentation for management\n\nEnsure that the documentation is well updated on our GRC Tool application\n\n4. Stakeholder Collaboration\nClosely works with control owners to ensure a good understanding of Internal Control requirements\n\nCollaborate with IT, information security, and business teams to strengthen governance frameworks and support the implementation of IT policies, standards, and procedures\n\n5.
