Backed by world-class investors and recognised as a leader in WealthTech, we are a team of passionate builders creating the future of wealth management.\nThe Right Profile\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Financial Analyst / Senior Analyst to take ownership of accounting and bookkeeping for a specific legal entity within our global group.\nThis role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet, supporting regulatory and statutory reporting, and driving reconciliations across financial and operational data.\nYou will work closely with Finance, Data, and Operations teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that combines structured processes with some manual workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Bookkeeping: Own end-to-end entity bookkeeping, from general ledger maintenance to the delivery of accurate monthly P&L and Balance Sheets.\nRegulatory & Audit: Lead statutory reporting and audit cycles, ensuring full compliance with local standards and seamless documentation delivery.\nData & Reconciliations: Resolve discrepancies across bank, intercompany, and operational datasets by partnering with Data teams to ensure ledger integrity.\nProcess Improvement: Drive month-end efficiency and scalability by refining internal controls and transitioning manual workflows into streamlined processes.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA is a plus).\n5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting/bookkeeping.\nDemonstrated understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting systems.\nExperience working with large datasets and manual reconciliations.\nHigh ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to international finance operations (especially Hong Kong, Australia, or Singapore) will be a strong advantage.\nProven ability to leverage LLMs and automation tools to optimize financial workflows, clean messy datasets, and accelerate reporting cycles.\nCome As You Are\nWe believe in the power of diversity and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and innovative environment for all our employees.
