This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Finance, with visibility across all four markets and direct ownership of the processes that underpin the Group's financial integrity.\nThis role requires someone who is technically excellent, highly organised and can operate with independence. You will be the primary interface with external auditors, regulators and tax authorities across the group.\nKey Responsibilities\nGroup Consolidation\nLead the monthly and quarterly group consolidation producing accurate, timely group financials\nOwn intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and reconciliation of IC balances across all entities\nDrive the group chart of accounts, accounting policy harmonization and consolidation methodology as the group scales\nProduce consolidated management accounts and board-level financial reporting packs\nStatutory Reporting & Audit Management\nOwn the preparation of statutory financial statements for all group entities\nManage external audits end-to-end from planning through to signed opinion, including audit committee packs and management representation letters\nAct as the primary point of contact for auditors; co-ordinate across Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure timely and accurate audit responses\nDrive year-on-year improvements in audit quality, timeline and findings resolution\nRegulatory Reporting & Capital Adequacy\nOwn regulatory financial reporting obligations across all jurisdictions\nLead regulatory correspondence, manage inspection readiness and coordinate with external legal and compliance advisors on regulatory matters\nTechnical Accounting\nOwn technical accounting positions across the group - share-based payments (IFRS 2), financial instruments (IFRS 9), revenue recognition (IFRS 15), leases (IFRS 16)\nAdvise on the accounting implications of new products, intercompany arrangements, funding structures and M&A activity\nPrepare technical accounting memos for complex judgements and liaise with auditors on their acceptance\nTransfer Pricing & Tax Coordination\nLead group transfer pricing assessment; maintain intercompany agreements and ensure recharges are properly documented and defensible\nSupport tax compliance across SG, HK, AU and India; liaise with local tax advisors and ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns\nMonitor the group's tax position and flag material risks including withholding tax, permanent establishment and CRS/FATCA obligations\nControls & Process\nDesign and maintain internal controls over financial reporting across the group; lead the remediation of audit findings\nDrive automation of the close process, consolidation and regulatory reporting using AI and finance tooling\nBuild and document scalable financial processes as the group grows headcount and geographic footprint\nMinimum Qualifications\nFully qualified accountant - CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent\n10+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a group consolidation, Controller or senior statutory reporting role\nStrong technical IFRS/SFRS(I) foundation - particularly revenue recognition, financial instruments and share-based payments\nHands-on experience managing external audits end-to-end across multiple entities\nExperience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations across at least two jurisdictions\nExcellent written communication - audit responses, regulatory letters, board papers, technical memos\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in a MAS-regulated entity - asset manager, brokerage, digital bank or fintech\nFamiliarity with MAS SF(FMR)R capital requirements and regulatory reporting obligations\nMulti-jurisdiction experience across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and/or India\nExposure to transfer pricing documentation and intercompany recharge frameworks\nExperience using AI tools, automation or finance systems to improve close efficiency\nCome As You Are\nWe believe in the power of diversity and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and innovative environment for all our employees.
