The Right Profile
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing team as we launch new products and expand across markets. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations-ensuring precise, timely execution of trades, corporate actions, and fund flows. You will maintain financial integrity by reconciling internal books with external vendors, while actively identifying opportunities to optimize processes. As a key contributor, your operational insights will directly shape Syfe’s growth and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day trade and cash processing, settlement, corporate actions processing & overall reconciliation.
- Identify process improvements & implement required enhancements.
- Develop & maintain vendor and inter-department relationships.
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients while reviewing client documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Eligible candidates must be Singapore citizens, permanent residents or hold a valid work pass to work in Singapore.
- Preferably 2-4 years of relevant operations experience at a bank, asset management or financial institution; candidates with no experience and fresh graduates with strong credentials are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience of dealing with trade settlement processes, including interacting with custodians & vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Meticulous, with an eye on detail as well as excellent time management skills.
- Proven ability to adapt, learn and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience of working with regulators & auditors.
Client servicing or client relationship management experience.
Proficiency with VBA is an added bonus.
