Someone who doesn't just process tasks, but actively looks for ways to improve how things run for customers and teammates alike.\nWhat you'll do\nProcess time-critical cash, trading and stock transfer activities accurately and on time\nManage reconciliations, settlements and account maintenance\nWork closely with Customer Support, brokers and internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end\nSpot risks, inefficiencies or errors early - and help fix them\nContribute to improving operational processes and ways of working\nActively identifies inefficiencies within existing processes and suggests improvements.\nAssists in the implementation of new processes or enhancements to existing workflows, working closely with the team to ensure effective execution.\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in investment administration, wealth product operations, or a strong background in cash reconciliations. \nComfort working in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments\nStrong attention to detail, balanced with good judgement\nA proactive mindset -
