As we build and scale Syfe over the next few years, our product and engineering team is growing and it is the perfect time to join the team at an early stage and create an impact within and outside the organisation.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.\n\nConduct manual testing to validate features and ensure optimal user experience.\n\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.\n\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, and track them to resolution using project management tools.\n\nContribute to enhancing and maintaining automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.\n\nContinuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to align with industry best practices.\n\nRequirements:\n4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on both manual and automation testing.\n\nSolid understanding of QA processes, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\n\nHands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.\n\nAbility to mentor and guide junior QA team members.\n\nProven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and analyze issues across client-side and backend systems.\n\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java for test automation.\n\nExperience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control systems (e.g., Git).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality focus.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nCome As You Are\nWe believe in the power of diversity and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and innovative environment for all our employees.
