In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience of our flagship mobile application. You will build, optimise, and scale secure, high-performance features across our managed portfolios, brokerage, and cash management products, directly impacting how hundreds of thousands of users manage their wealth.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and build new features, simplify existing services, and scale our systems as we rapidly grow and evolve.\nCreate reusable patterns that improve the consistency of the codebase.\nCollaborate with engineering teammates through planning, pairing, testing, reviewing, and delivery.\nWork with the product team to translate powerful ideas into everyday business value.\nWrite sustainable, testable, high-quality, high-performance code.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field\n4+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and positive attitude.\nStrong grasp of JavaScript (or TypeScript) and its nuances.\nExperience with React Native (ReactJS is a plus but not required).\nPreference for regular, incremental delivery over perfection.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience working in fintech, wealth tech, digital banking, or brokerage platforms.\nExperience with ReactJS is a PLUS.\nCome As You Are\nWe believe in the power of diversity and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and innovative environment for all our employees.
