This role is ideal for a highly analytical thinker to drive insights in customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and growth analytics-ideally within financial services.\nYou will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to uncover insights that shape product strategy, improve user experiences, and drive engagement and revenue growth. We expect you to be highly hands on with data, SQL, and analytics tools to dive deep into complex problems.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations teams to provide holistic insights that drive business outcomes.\n\nOwn the analytics stack: monitor data ingestion, build and maintain dbt models, and keep the warehouse layer in Snowflake/Redshift reliable and well documented.\n\nDrive product and growth analytics, including funnels, retention, cohort analysis and experimentation.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and team-specific reporting marts in Metabase (e.g. Exec, Product, Marketing, Sales/Advisers, CX, Compliance).\n\nRun intake for data requests across these teams: scope and prioritise them, deliver answers, and turn recurring requests into reusable models.\n\nUphold data quality, documentation and access controls, including the handling of sensitive customer data.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate analysis and reporting, including with AI/agentic tooling.\n\nRequirements:\n5-8 years of hands-on experience in product analytics, including analytics engineering / data engineering.\n\nStrong background in B2C digital products.\n\nAgile and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, own problems and work with regional teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence product and business strategy using data.\n\nProficiency with BI and visualisation tools (Metabase or similar, e.g. Superset, Redash, Tableau).\n\nStrong SQL and database experience (e.g. Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift), and hands-on experience with dbt and Git-based version control.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in trading/wealthtech.\n\nExperience with Python, AI tools (e.g. Claude, Codex) and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions).\n\nCome As You Are\n We believe in the power of diversity and are dedicated to creating a welcoming and innovative environment for all our employees.
