This person will not only contribute directly to technical design and implementation but also foster a collaborative, high-performing environment where engineers can grow, learn, and thrive.\nResponsibilities \n Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure using Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, and other relevant technologies.\n\nCollaborate with our AI team to optimize data pipelines and integrate AI technologies to remove performance bottlenecks.\n\nRefactor existing systems to enhance scalability, including transforming stateful components into stateless ones, and applying extensive autoscaling and auto-repair mechanisms.\n\nLead efforts on data ingestion and export processes, improving efficiency and reducing\ndependencies on legacy technologies.\n\nDrive platform reliability initiatives, including enhancing alerting, health checking, and incident management.\n\nChampion continuous improvement efforts, including cost control measures and technological upgrades.\n\nOversee the development of internal tools that streamline workflows and reduce duplication of effort in development environments.\n\nEnsure the platform meets rigorous testing and security standards to maintain data integrity and security.\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to ensure meeting SLA\n\nQualifications \nCore software engineering skills, including proficiency in languages such as Python andRuby.\n\nStrong system administration experience, including fluency with Linux, networking, and bash scripting.
