to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide testing updates or reports.\nIdentify repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation and support automation initiatives wherever applicable.\nLog, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA and participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nEnsure product releases are stable, reliable, and meet end-user expectations across multiple platforms and environments.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n2–4 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing of web and/or mobile applications.\nStrong understanding of Software Testing concepts, SDLC/STLC, and defect lifecycle.\nExperience in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.\nGood understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and working experience in Agile teams.\nExperience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.\nBasic understanding of Git version control and CI/CD processes.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing interactions.\n\nGood to Have\nExposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.\nBasic scripting/programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.\nUnderstanding of automation frameworks and test script maintenance.\nISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or
