Your job will be to analyze automated system performance, support troubleshooting, and help cross-functional teams improve customer site outcomes.\nWhat we do\nThe Customer Success team supports the performance of Symbotic’s automated systems. Within the Operations organization, the team helps prepare and optimize systems for customers by coordinating technical, cross-functional work and using organizational metrics and performance thresholds to guide improvements.\nWhat you'll do\nAnalyze large data sets to identify opportunities to improve system performance at individual customer sites and across the network. \nSupport troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system performance issues. \nCollaborate with engineering, operations, and technology partners to develop and implement performance improvement plans. \nContribute to improvement efforts involving automated inbound, automated outbound, lift systems, and related system areas. \nHelp build, track, and interpret KPIs and operating metrics to improve people, processes, and systems. \nParticipate in cross-functional initiatives focused on resolving recurring challenges and improving customer outcomes. \nHelp develop and maintain AI-enabled dashboards that translate system performance data into actionable insights for Customer Success and cross-functional teams. \nWhat you'll need\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, data analytics, engineering, or a related field. \nStrong analytical skills, including the ability to handle and interpret large data sets accurately and with attention to detail. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to Python and SQL is a plus. \nStrong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. \nA collaborative, customer-focused approach to teamwork. \nA proactive, solution-focused mindset and interest in using data to identify and address issues. \nOur Environment\nInterns may travel 1 to 2 times during the duration of the internship to client locations. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company HQ. \nEmployees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines.
