As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of learning, documentation, and workforce enablement initiatives across the Field Learning ecosystem. This position will report to the Director, Field Training. What we do The Field Learning team supports learning, documentation, technology, and deployment activities that prepare the workforce for technical onboarding, product launches, operational readiness, and other strategic business initiatives.
