Comprised of talented software engineers, roboticists, and systems engineers, the organization develops technologies that optimize how inventory moves through highly automated environments.\nAs the team continues to scale, we are looking for a Software Technical Program Manager who can drive alignment, execution, and operational excellence across multiple engineering disciplines while helping deliver innovative solutions that have a direct impact on customers and business performance.\n\nWhat you'll do\nPartner with engineering managers, technical leads, and product managers to build and maintain a predictable program plan, and drive execution across complex software programs.\nIdentify technical and program risks early, helping teams navigate challenges before they impact delivery.\nEnsure work is effectively prioritized, tracked, and executed through disciplined program management practices.\nDrive accountability by ensuring tasks, actions, dependencies, and ownership are clearly defined.\nFacilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to both engineering teams and executive leadership.\nLeverage data and reporting tools to provide visibility into program health and execution metrics, ensuring plans and decisions are grounded in data rather than anecdote.\nFoster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and rapid decision-making across technical and business teams.\nSupport the successful delivery of innovative solutions in a fast-paced, highly technical software environment.\nContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes, accelerate execution, and enhance cross-functional coordination.\n\nWhat you'll need\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of 10 years of professional experience with at least 3+ years leading complex software/technical programs or projects.\nProven track record leading technical programs within software engineering organizations building highly complex, distributed, or large-scale systems (robotics, automation, infrastructure, or similarly technical products a plus).\nStrong program management skills with the ability to coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders and teams.\nExperience using Jira to organize work, manage execution, and drive accountability.\nDemonstrated experience using agentic/AI tooling to streamline program execution, reporting, or decision-making.\nProven experience facilitating meetings, driving alignment, and leading discussions among highly technical stakeholders.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively from individual contributors through executive leadership.\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and evolving requirements.\nHigh-energy, results-oriented leader with strong ownership, learning agility, and the ability to influence without authority.\nOur environment\nUp to 20% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. \nEmployees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines.
