This is a hands-on development role that combines technical leadership with active software development and delivery. This role will be leading technical projects for the COR.TRANSFORM portfolio.\n\nExperience with Tungsten TotalAgility (Formerly Kofax), or a similar technology is required for the person to excel in this role.\nThis is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically 1 to 2 days per week. New employees are expected to be onsite 2 to 3 times a week during their first three months to support onboarding and collaboration. \n\nAbout The Role:\nDesign, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver complex software solutions from concept through production deployment. \nArchitect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that align with business and technical requirements. \nLead technical projects from planning through delivery, managing estimates, timelines, budgets, risks, and technical dependencies. \nEstablish and champion engineering best practices through sound technical decisions, design and code reviews, and maintainable, high-quality code. \nMentor developers and foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. \nImprove system performance, reliability, and operational stability by proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges and bottlenecks. \nProvide rotational Tier 3 support for business-critical 24x7 platforms, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues. \nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, align solutions, and communicate technical concepts effectively.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\n\nEducation:\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nCertifications in cloud platforms or programming languages is considered an asset.\n\nExperience:\nExperience with Tungsten TotalAgility (Formerly Kofax), on-premises or cloud (or related technologies)\n7+ years in software development with hands-on coding and solution design.\n2+ years in a lead role guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions.\nProven track record in managing technical projects from planning to delivery, including estimates and budgets.\nHands-on experience with Azure cloud services and automation tools. \n\nSkill requirements\nProficiency in languages such as VB.NET and C#.NET\nExperience with Windows OS\nKnowledge of database design and SQL\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.\nExperience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable system architecture.\nAbility to mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.\nStrong decision-making skills, especially in technical and project-related matters.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong skills in documenting technical solutions and project progress.\nNice to have would be knowledge of Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or
